A woman portraying a soldier must be able to carry their rifle at all times and is subject to removal from the ranks if she is found to not be able to do so. Additionally, the number of women in the ranks must be limited in keeping with a proper ratio of men to women soldiers in the company. After the review is completed, a quorum of the members in good standing (a quorum will be a minimum of 50% of the members in good standing) will be brought together and a unanimous recommendation will be made to the quorum. The recommendation or decision will be put to a vote by the quorum. The vote will require a 2/3 majority of the quorum. The results of the vote will be the final decision.
